GreenPoint Mortgage which is owned by Capitol One is done, another in the long line of mortgage companies imploding. The mortgage industry is suffering one of the worst downfalls in over 30 years. With GreenPoint Mortgage also now closing the doors this would be the fifth big league mortgage company that surrenders in this mortgage collapse.

With GreenPoint Mortgage closing it’s doors you might have rights that are being violated. Most people make the mistake of talking to a lawyer when it is to late. Do not be one of these a lawyer is not just for law suits they are also there to help with your rights.

The most important thing is not to waste time be the first to claim your rights call your attorney right now, most attorneys will consult with you for free. If your rights are being violated and you may have entitlements that you just do not know but the lawyer does know.

If your attorney is not able to talk to GreenPoint Mortgage and get your needs taken care of then GreenPoint Mortgage would be facing a lawsuit.

If enough people make lawsuits again GreenPoint Mortgage then a GreenPoint Mortgage Class Action Lawsuit might come into effect.

Contact a Lawyer Right Now!!!
